Asian Counseling and Referral Service Community Psychiatric Clinic Crisis Triage Unit - Harborview Medical Center Department of Community and Human Services King County Department of Community and Human Services offers a wide variety of mental health services and programs to clients based on their individual needs. Downtown Emergency Service Center - Clinical Programs HOST (Homeless Outreach Stabilation and Transition Project) is a King County funded project intended to provide outreach/engagement, intensive case management services and transition to on-going services to homeless, seriously mentally ill adults throughout King County.
SAGE (Support, Advocacy and Growth Enhancement) program is DESC's PHP funded (case rate) service. Very familiar with issues of homelessness and housing acquisition. Services include: Case management, psychotherapy, full psychiatric assessment, medication treatment and monitoring, group therapy, drop-in center, pre-vocational and vocational services, and after hours crisis outreach services. Crisis Clinic Mental Health Services, Outpatient Programs: People with chronic mental illness receive comprehensive mental health services and medical support. Additional services include crisis intervention for walk-in clients, psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and specialized treatment for people with the dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse. The Geropsychiatric Program serves elderly people in long-term care facilities. Last year there were more than 90,000 outpatient visits to the mental health service program.
Highline - West Seattle Mental Health Center
Highline West Seattle Mental Health Center has been a provider of quality behavioral health services to the communities of King County now for more than 30 years. Mental Health Crisis and Commitment Services King County Crisis and Commitment Services (KC CCS) is an agency of King County. It is a part of the Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services Division of the King County Department of Community and Human Services. Its duties include evaluating people with mental disorders for possible involuntary detention in psychiatric facilities according to the mental illness law in the State of Washington. Mental Health Services for clients who have developmental disabilities and are mentally ill, has a crisis services component. Serving the King County Community since 1967.
The purpose of Therapeutic Health Services is to rehabilitate individuals and heal families affected by alcohol dependence, drug dependence, and/or mental illness.
Provide optimistic and respectful mental health services to adults with major mental illnesses. We offer community-based rehabilitative services to help clients work toward stability and productivity. We provide permanent, affordable housing for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Specialty track for people in psychiatric crisis who have both a psychiatric and substance abuse disorder. Chemical dependency therapy focuses on assessment of the disorder and education about addiction. Will accept patients with current IV drug or crack cocaine use, if in a psychiatric crisis. Eligibility: Adults, 18 and over, experiencing a mental health crisis. Restrictions include anyone requiring restraints for safety and anyone unwilling to abide by treatment plan. Will accept dual diagnosis mentally ill, substance abusing clients.
